Signing up your resort to GuestComms can be done

When your guest checks in you
do the following:
- Explain that you offer guests a complimentary
service that keeps them abreast of resort activities, discounts,
excursions and privileges.
- Ask them for their mobile phone number. Populate the guests
name, mobile phone and room number into our system and select the
length of their stay.
- Decide upon the type of messages you want to send and create
them in our easy to use menu. Click here for some ideas on message

- Set the system to automatically send the sms messages at an
agreed time or send them manually.
- You can also use the system to send individual sms to guests
- in the event of an emergency at home or discovering damage to
their room.
