Signing up your resort to GuestComms can be done online and takes less than five minutes. Our affiliate technology gives your resort its own user interface. When your guest checks in you do the following:

1. Explain that you offer guests a complimentary service that keeps them abreast of resort activities, discounts, excursions and privileges.
2. Ask them for their mobile phone number. Populate the guests name, mobile phone and room number into our system and select the length of their stay.
3. Decide upon the type of messages you want to send and create them in our easy to use menu. Click here for some ideas on message types.
4. Set the system to automatically send the sms messages at an agreed time or send them manually.
5. You can also use the system to send individual sms to guests - in the event of an emergency at home or discovering damage to their room.
